My mission is to bring the transformative power of the 12 Steps into the world of business. I treat organizations the way I would an individual in recovery—with honesty, compassion, and a commitment to continual growth. I begin with fearless assessments, make amends by repairing what’s broken, and nurture lasting change through daily action. I envision a future where workplaces are alive with purpose, where integrity and community are foundational, and where profit and personal well-being thrive side by side. By blending recovery values with emerging technologies, I’m redefining what it means to lead—with heart, courage, and impact.

Born in Chicago in 1992 to Russian-Ukrainian immigrant parents, I grew up witnessing the sacrifices of a small family business chasing the American dream. After facing addiction and homelessness, my life transformed through the principles of Alcoholics Anonymous. Recovery led me back to school, where I earned multiple degrees in Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine and built a career in tech, including several years at Google. Yet, my greatest drive was to serve—combining my passions for recovery and innovation to found Sober Success, a company dedicated to ethical leadership and personal transformation. Now based in Orange County, I live with gratitude and a mission to help others rise.
